This year's festival is waiting for you at emCAMPUS and Toyohashi City Machinaka Hiroba with newly powered up stage events where you can enjoy world music and dance,
The Hokoten (pedestrian mall) area connects the Suijo buildings,
"Face Painting"and "SDGs Sports" using participatory Moluccas, balloon art made by clowns, and more.

The stage opened with a performance by Sakuragaoka High School's Japanese drum (Wadaiko) club, "Ouka Taiko," followed by performances from the Philippines, Japan, Brazil, Ukraine, China, Hawaii, and the Andes, with a Yosakoi dance performance titled 「~Qou~」 for the finale.
There will be a large gathering of cuisines from around the world, including Brazil, Peru, Ukraine, Philippines, Germany, Taiwan, China, India, and Italy. You can also enjoy the emCAMPUS Food chef's special lunch box "Cuisine of the World," handmade soba noodles by Imahashi Sobauchi Society, and original sweets from Toyohashi Commercial High School.
You can shop for a variety of accessories, clothing, and sundries from Ukraine, Brazil, Philippines, and many other international countries.
This is an arranged Molkky competition based on the traditional Finland's sport "Molkky".
The competition will be between teams from the three cities of Toyokawa, Tahara, and Toyohashi, along with teams from Toyohashi University of Technology,
Aichi University, and Toyohashi Sozo University.
In the afternoon, general participation will be accepted, so come and enjoy some outdoor sports together.
With the cooperation of Soroptimist International of Toyohashi, you can enjoy Matcha green tea and Japanese sweets. Foreigners and Japanese are all welcome.
You may have played goldfish scooping before, but shrimp and crab fishing is rare.
Do you think that it is difficult to catch them? Sakuragaoka Gakuen's students will gently teach you the tricks.
10:15 - Elementary/Junior High School Students Section, High School Students and General Section Contestants of elementary school age and above,
whose native language is not Japanese, will give speeches in Japanese about what they are feeling on their daily lives.
The venue is the Central Step of the Machinaka Library.
Panels introducing international exchange groups active in Toyohashi will be displayed and videos will be shown.
This year's theme was "Environmentally-friendly SDGs". Students from Brazilian schools in Toyohashi (Cantinho Gakuen and EAS Toyohashi) expressed their thoughts in vivid paintings.
A brightly colored balloon arch is the entrance. Inside, a large number of clowns welcome you.
Balloons shaped like flowers, dogs, cats, and cartoon characters will be given to children. Brazilian artists will do a wonderful face painting on your face.
There will also be portrait artists!
In addition, "Multilingual Friend Park" and "Navigation of JICA volunteers" will also be held.
